not nearly as often as I should....went for a few years this last time and only did it because I upgraded my GPU. For shame....

It's about every 3 - 6 months. I just spray the hardware and filters/ fans etc with canned compressed air. I've been thinking about getting a small blower not to save money but because if you don't take care to hold the can upright when spraying it sprays liquid.

I used to use nothing but compressed air in cans. I found an Xpower unit for $59 on Amazon and have not looked back since.

I pretty much have to do it monthly because of the dog hair.
I use compressed air and dish soap and water.

I bought this and ended up cutting it to size and replace it every couple of months.

Thermaltake Core v71 here and the front and bottom need cleaning monthly, the front comes off and the lower filter just slides out for easy cleaning. I usually just wipe them on my pants.

Compressed air. I have a 60 gallon compressor in my basement, run an air hose up monthly to clean all of the radiators and GPU's out.

When they need them - usually indicated by my temps sitting higher than normal for more than a few seconds.
I use compressed air on my filters but for clients who smoke and have cats, compressed air for the loose stuff, then hot soap and water, hammer and chisel.
That said, what anybody does should not be an indicator of what anybody else does. There are just too many variables to include environment, number of rug rats and pets, hours per day computer runs, and more. I have 6 computers in this house and they all have different cleaning requirements.

Dust filter once in a month or so then the whole PC once ~6 months with a compressor we have in the garage.
I do clean the Glass side panel and the outside of the case more often tho since that bothers me a bit more. 'I do not have pets in the house/don't smoke either'

I clean mine when the dust is built up quite visibly (stock filters in a Fractal Define R6). Normally it works out to every few months. I just use the Datavac in most cases. If the dust is really stubborn, I'll rinse the filters and let them air dry.
Our dog doesn't shed which helps a fair bit. Plus we get the furnace vents cleaned every few years which cuts down on the dust significantly.
